Dr. Peter Swanz received his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine Degree from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ. He is a Board Certified Naturopathic Physician with advanced training in classical homeopathy and nutrition. Dr. Swanz is a Fellow of the Homeopathic Association of the Naturopathic Physicians. He currently supports individuals on the journey to health through his Vital Force Naturopathy practice, integrating the best of his conventional and holistic medical training. Dr. Swanz specializes in homeopathy, pediatrics and family medicine. He is passionate about healing and is driven by the desire to see all people be the most healthy individual they can be.
Paras Mehta, MD
Harvard graduate Dr. Mehta is a resident physician at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte where he practices lifestyle-based medicine with a focus in Acupuncture, his degree focus. Dr. Mehta is very passionate about helping people ease into a plant-based lifestyle while also encouraging mindful healing practices like meditation.
Vani is incredibly passionate about understanding what is in food - how it is grown, what chemicals are used in the production and what food does to the body. She is most knowledgable about ingredients in processed foods and the potential effects in the body. For this reason, she has made it her mission to spread as much information about what is in food as well as how to make the right purchasing decisions at the grocery store and how to live an organic lifestyle in this over processed world on her blog Food Babe.
Sheila Kilbane, MD is a board certified pediatrician who trained with Integrative pioneer Dr. Andrew Weil, and helped bring Integrative Pediatrics to the Charlotte area. A respected local resource with a passion for holistic care, her focus is on pediatric nutrition, allergies, asthma, autism, ADHD, eczema, recurrent ear infections and gastrointestinal issues. She has found that kids with these chronic conditions do beautifully once the families learn how nutrition and the mind-body connection can impact health.

He is the Fitness and Lifestyle Expert for the Charlotte Today Show, where he launched a two segment Vegan Challenge and Vegan Foods Tour on live TV with Colleen Odegaard. Shabaka is Charlotte's 1st and only Vegan Personal Trainer! He owns the Body Of Your Dreams Personal Training Studio in NoDa, where he provides personal training, coaching, and plant-based nutrition plans to help his clients experience breakthrough results in body image, fitness performance, well-being, and health!
Juliana Luna received a BA in Hospitality Management from Sabana University in Bogota, Colombia, and received a scholarship to attend the Cesar Ritz College in Switzerland where she earned a secondary degree in International Business in Hotel and Tourism Management. Pursuing a path that is deeply connected to natural and living foods as well as to her roots, culture, and education she and her husband opened Luna's Living Kitchen.
Rian Harris, Living Food Chef and Product Developer, is co-founder and partner in Fountain of Youth Foods, LLC. In 2000, Rian's personal search for a health solution introduced him to juicing and consuming raw and living foods. Chef Rian graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in business.

When you go to work, Chef Margo Page will come to your home bearing groceries to cook a week's worth of meals and have happy healthy meals waiting for you. She also provides the fallowing services: pantry rehabilitation, cooking classes, dinner parties, and catered events.
Beverly McLaughlin has been cooking delicious vegetarian/vegan foods for local farmers' market (and now grocery stores) for years. She shares some of her tricks and tips in preparing healthful choices like tempeh and tofu in addition to some of her crowd-pleasing favorites, including planet burgers and watercress soup.
